Sometimes I like to move away from creating the traditional sized cards and make square cards instead.

Angela's PaperArts: Christmas Classics twisted easel card & tutorial

Why not add a little twist to your Christmas cards.

This twisted easel card features the Stampin' Up! Christmas Classics bundle which is sadly retiring and only available while stock lasts or until 3 January, 2024.

To create the twisted easel:

• Score the front of any size of card base from the top right down to the bottom left of the card front and mountain fold. 
• Add an embellishment inside the card which acts as a prop to keep the twisted card front in place.
• Optional: To add a layer of patterned paper, cut the paper 0.5cm smaller than the height & width of the card front and then cut it on the diagonal from top left to bottom right to get the two separate pieces needed for the front of the card.
• Decorate the front and inside of the card to suit your project.
  TIP: Make sure to adhere the card front embellishments onto one of the diagonal panels only so it can stand up without bending your embellishments.

Angela's PaperArts: Stampin' Up! Enamel Effects

Why not add some Stampin' Up! enamel effects to your next order.

These little bottles of goodness add a lovely metallic or pearlised touch to any project.  You can make dots of any size (as seen in my little test sheets below), but you can also create other shapes with this lacquer too.

I've added the metallic Silver enamel effects onto the berries of this card.

TIP: To get a nice round shape, simply hold the bottle perpendicular to the paper, squeeze it until you have the desired amount on your project and let it dry.

Angela's PaperArts: Pine wreath Christmas card

I do like making wreath cards. I created this pine wreath Christmas card by layering pine branches from the retiring Stampin' Up! Joy of Noel die set around a Deckled Circle diecut.

Once the wreath was formed, I then layered it onto a square card base featuring the also retiring Joy of Christmas Designer Series Paper.
