This Christmas card

If you still need to make some Christmas cards but are running out of time, why not try this quick and easy card.

I started with a Stampin' Up! Garden Green card base and layered a piece of Designer Series Paper onto it from the This Christmas pack.  I then stamped a sentiment from the Peace This Christmas stamp set onto Very Vanilla cardstock which I then die-cut using the Stitched Shapes framelits.  This was then layered on a die-cut Cherry Cobbler scalloped oval from the Layering Ovals framelits set.  Using the Holly Berry Happiness stamp set I stamped and punched out a couple of holly leaves and berries and added these to the sentiment.  A Cherry Cobbler silky taffeta ribbon finishes the card.

Gingerbread man Christmas card

How cute is the Gingerbread man on this card which was made using Stampin' Up!'s Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set and co-ordinating Cookie Cutter Builder punch bundle.

This is a fairly simple card to make.  I started with a Whisper White card base and layered a strip of Crumb Cake card stock and Warmth & Cheer Designer Series Paper Stack onto the card base.  I then die cut the Christmas tree from the Santa's Sleigh Thinlits die set and layered this onto the DSP.  A scalloped circle in Crumb Cake card stock was then added over the DSP and tree.  The gingerbread man from the Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set was stamped in Early Espresso ink and punched using the Cookie Cutter Builder punch and placed onto the circle.  Some stars from the Confetti Stars Punch were added next.  The 'merry' sentiment was die cut from the Christmas Greetings thinlits set in Cherry Cobbler card stock and added to the card.
